After working on FedOne's marketing promotions for three years, I finally got to meet the CEO in person. When you're a small credit union, there's not a lot of time for lunches or in-person meetings. The phone becomes the center of your workflow. The requests were business as usual. CEO: "I need a Visa campaign." 21Cs: "What's your budget? What's the offer? What's the drop date?" In two to three weeks the campaign dropped and on to the next campaign: auto loans, balance transfers, back-to-school, and more. Each campaign consisted of direct mail, statement inserts, online graphics for the website and Facebook, and of course, posters and flyers.
